  Issaquah Glass' professionalism ends on the phone. I had Tim in our home on Dec. 14 to quote two different shower door projects. The tiling is complete and are reading and wanting to make the purchase. He measured and told me that I would have a quote by the following day and they are usually about 2 weeks out for completion. 1 week later I phoned to inquire about the bid I did not receive. I spoke with Tim and heard that he was sick, really busy, very apologetic....on January 3 still no quote!! I phoned again, with an open mind because it was over the holiday. I spoke to someone who identified himself as the Commercial Sales Manager. He ASSURED me that he would personally look into this and get me a quote, taking my email address for a 3rd time. Today is Jan. 8, 5 days later and NO QUOTE!! I have been patient enough for simply getting a bid. Don't waste your time with Issaquah Glass, they clearly are not interested in small projects any longer.

  Pretty hard to find their physical location . Was hard to get the phone answered and when I finally did show up the employee was about ready to leave although it was within their open hours. They did come through on my order and everything was as expected . price seemed reasonable
